The ESTM Rock Breaker HD series are designed to be robust and easy to service. There are only three moving parts inside the breaker, the piston, the control valve and the pilot valve. With only these three moving parts, very few things can go wrong. The valves are mounted inside the breaker body in order to give a better protection and a more compact design. Furthermore, the breaker is constructed with a strong, robust housing and the most exposed areas are made of highly wear-resistant Hardox steel in order to minimize wear and extend the lifetime of the box frame.

All breakers from HD15G and larger can be equipped with an automatic lubrication unit which ensures the breaker has the right amount of grease at all times. The lubrication pump is mounted directly on the breaker body and is powered by the breaker’s impact vibration. Therefore, the dispenser is only greasing the breaker when it is in use. The device is easy to monitor and adjust, assuring the breaker is sufficiently lubricated at all times. The lubrication cartridge can be refilled or easily replaced with a special screw fit.
